The Sr Manager Sales Strategy & Integration will be responsible for co-leading the development of the Ferrero US Sales Strategy in terms of the long-term growth plan and business enablers by trade channel. The position includes analytical responsibility, collaborating/influencing cross functional teams on key business priority initiatives/innovation platforms, and presentation management supporting the Chief Customer Officer as it relates to monthly US business reviews, Executive Operational Committee meetings with the North American Area CBO and Ferrero's Group CEO. The role scope includes all channels of trade for the Commercial business with a focus across Ferrero's total portfolio.

The position will be hybrid, based in our US headquarters in Parsippany, NJ and report to the Director, Sales Strategy and Broker Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To effectively co-develop for the overall US Sales Strategy including creation of the PS3 (3yr) Midterm Strategic plan enablers to deliver our financial goals
  • US Sales Strategy will co-lead the development of channel-centric strategies with the respective leadership teams, aligning to the US Sales Strategic framework and support Ferrero's annual financial objectives. (2.3M QLI / $2.77B in Net Sales)
  • Support the Sales communication process with SBD (Central Sales Business Development Group) for strategic initiatives, Global customer reporting, Advantage Survey, and Commercial Transformation
  • Drive the Sales Communication strategy with all internal cross functional departments to ensure consistent flow of actionable GTM execution (ie., Innovation)
  • Operate as Sales PMO lead for brand acquisitions in the US or other business integrations collaborating with the cross functional teams
  • Maintain ownership and develop Monthly North America business reviews for the Chief Customer Officer to support presentations with Sales Business Development, the North America Area CBO, and Group CEO
  • Provide guidance to Channel VPs for ensuring KPI execution / measure performance compliance of Customer JBPs
  • Operate as a leader in influencing GTM strategies with Trade Marketing and item innovation to validate DSMP tactics are aligned to channel requirements
  • Conduct monthly Circana reporting review and cascade performance data to the CCO and Channel VPs to evaluate business impactors

Who we are looking for:

  • 8+ Years of CPG Experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required - MBA is preferred
  • Possess critical thinking skills, quantitative and analytical/problem solving skills with ability to interpret data
  • Multi-channel CPG experience (C-store, Mass, Grocery, Dollar, e-Comm & Value)
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to outline and reinforce the short/long term vision / Sales strategy
  • Strategic and pro-active with interpersonal skills and an ability to influence Senior leadership levels
  • Commercially astute with a strong business sense and excellent problem solving / analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build consensus and foster positive relationships.
  • Capacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks and removing obstacles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well cross-functionally
  • Strong project and budget management skills
