Job Summary:As a Learning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System to facilitate frontline employee training and compliance projects. This position is perfect for individuals with a customer service or support specialist background, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest for working with people and learning new technology. Collaborating closely with the Learning Systems Specialist and HRIS Supervisor, you will assist in daily management of learning content, customer service support, troubleshooting and coordination of administrative activities for projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Content Management:Assist in organizing, testing and maintaining learning content within the Learning system, including course catalogs, videos, quizzes, resources, and materials.
  • Customer Service Support:Engage daily with a variety of customers via email, phone, virtual meetings or ticketing system to address routine inquiries, troubleshoot, test and resolve technical issues with theLearning system.
  • Project Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, organize events and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the customer service industry.
  • Digitally proficient with an ability to learn new technology quickly and independently.
  • Can effectively manage a high-volume of requests and inquiries while assisting with multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of customers in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR and e-Learning software or platforms, such as Workday, Blackboard, Canvas, Cornerstone or Skillsoft.
