About the role:The Corporate Communications Analyst II plays a critical role in building ongoing customer relationships by providing strategic, easy-to-understand, timely customer-focused operational messaging.

What You'll Own:As a Corporate Communications Analyst II you will:

  • Write, edit, and implement operational-focused customer communications that align with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Proactively work with cross-functional/cross-organizational teams to develop and manage strategic customer communication initiatives and objectives
  • Create internal communications to ensure operations and support teams are prepared to manage external customer changes or impacts.
  • Gain approval on materials from appropriate personnel, review final copy of materials to ensure correctness and readiness for production and arrange for production and distribution of communications.
  • Execute communications effectively across all available communications channels
  • Perform communications-related support activities. Assist in developing objectives, standards, procedures, etc. for various publications and newsletters.
  • Maintain history file of operational communications. Provides general information to employees and/or outside organizations regarding communications-related activities
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
  • Six to eight years job related work experience required in Communications or similar competency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated experience in communication planning, execution, and measurement
  • High energy and positive attitude to work with varying stakeholders and get them through to the "final mile" of action and outcomes
  • Persistent and relationship-focused
  • Experience in technical communication
  • Ability to respond to assignments with little or no notice, manage shifting priorities and operate in ambiguity
  • Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
  • Ability to quickly understand, distill and respond to needs of internal stakeholders
  • Strong consideration given for digital email skills and payments industry experience
  • Ability to influence and partner within organization
