Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

Responsibilities

As a US Navy SME with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:

US Navy SME with demonstrated experience in the execution of distributed Operational Training (OT), which can encompass warfighters in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments.

Serve as primary liaison officer with Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) requirements.
Build relationships with aviation units for fighter integration training.
Mission plan and serve as event SME.
Provide academics as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree.
SECRET clearance
Experience with USN Fighter Aircraft, USN Rotary Wing
Experience with Navy Command and Control (E2)
Naval Surface Warfare with integrated fires experience
Fleet Forces Command or Naval HHQ staff experience/familiarization

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $110,600.00/Yr. - USD $232,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
