SUMMARY
As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders within the Andersen Division and Renewal by Andersen. You will provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support to relevant internal business groups with the objective of adding value across current and future business to enable business outcomes.
This leader must enjoy a multi-faceted fast paced business while also having the ability to know when to slow themselves and others down to think both strategically and critically to move swiftly.
RESPONSIBILITES
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent strategies for assigned groups and corporate HR strategic initiatives.
  • Responsible for the development of strong community relations and initiatives that develops the locations brand and community awareness.
  • Define operations/functional and people effectiveness goals, develop performance metrics and implement effective processes to drive business results within site, in alignment with the company's values and its vision to bring out each person's best in order to be the best together.
  • Serve as a close business partner with leaders, including providing counsel and support to managers and line leaders regarding talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, diversity, employee relations, performance management, team building, coaching and development, succession planning, compensation, legal and regulatory compliance and site safety, security and crisis management.
  • Support the deployment of cyclical HR processes by fostering complete leader engagement, focus and commitment through coaching, training and robust communications.
  • Serve as a vital link between local operations, functional and corporate teams, fostering collaboration between local HR teams and corporate HR and Enterprise Services and across teams within the regional facilities being supported.
  • Strengthen the HR leadership pipeline and build HR capability by acquiring, developing and inspiring great talent.
  • Provide subject matter leadership in effective investigations through coaching and developing the frontline HR team and personal involvement when necessary to drive improvement in the overall efficiency and effectiveness of company practices.
  • Direction of others: Manages and provides direction to HR team members.
  • Travel up to 25%
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 7-10 years proven and progressive leadership experience with demonstrated leadership strength
  • HR competence and skillset - diverse background and skills with a heavy HRBP background, certification or expertise preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in building organizational capability - building, developing and holding team accountable to CI and excellence
  • Professional, values driven and authentic leader - high standards on the "how"
  • Ability to develop and partner to drive talent and people plan for the business
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $121,804.00 - $188,796.00.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
