Overview

Drives excellence across the enterprise by leading the Quality Management System and championing a culture of continuous improvement. Serves as the corporate quality ambassador, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.

Location: Negotiable



Responsibilities

    Provides strategic leadership for the enterprise-wide Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving quality excellence across all facilities.
  1. Builds and mentors a best-in-class quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while developing future quality leaders.
  2. Defines and executes quality departmental objectives aligned to the company strategy.
  3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build and uphold effective systems and related processes.
  4. Serves as a quality ambassador, proactively addressing concerns and leading resolution of complex quality challenges while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Drives data-driven decision making through comprehensive quality metrics analysis, including audits, customer scorecards, and cost of quality measurements to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  6. Maintains an effective corrective and preventative action plan to ensure continuous improvement in quality metrics.
  7. Develops and achieves the annual quality budget.
  8. Completes other projects as assigned.


Qualifications

Job Skills Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems and industry standards.
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Demonstrated change management and continuous improvement skills.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, quality, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • ASQ Certification preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Ten years of quality experience in a manufacturing background required.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership positions.
