SUMMARY The Shrink Pack Operator is responsible for setting up and maintaining the shrink pack machine, packaging bundles and sealing bundles of moulding for shipping. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include, but are not limited to, the following:

High school education, or up to one month of related training/experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One (1) to two (2) years of machine operating and set up experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Computer skills and mechanical skills required. Ability to carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
