We're looking for an experienced digital media professional to implement and innovate paid programmatic campaigns across T-Mobile LOBs. This role is a leader within our organization charged with collaborating internally and externally to bring to life innovative media executions with data-backed business results. Reporting into the Sr Manager, Programmatic Media, you'll be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution and optimization for T-Mobile's display, OLV, and audio campaigns. In particular, your focus will be on maintaining a pulse on the performance of your campaigns through ongoing analysis and collaboration with team members to ensure proper tagging and trafficking for clean data. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within programmatic platforms and an understanding of the underlying auction dynamics. WHAT YOU'LL DO IN YOUR ROLE

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
