D365 Functional Analyst

The D365 Functional Analyst plays a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with Finance stakeholders, gathering requirements, configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

  • Work closely with Finance business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business requirements and system functionality.

Solution Design & Build:

  • Responsible for designing solutions that leverage the capabilities of D365 to address business needs.
  • Configure the software by defining data models, workflows, and business rules.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and business processes.

User Training:

  • Responsible for training end-users and ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

  • Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work with IT teams, developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful implementations.
  • Support change management efforts by communicating system updates and enhancements effectively.

Other:

  • Ability to adhere to all company policies, safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain confidential information.
  • Demonstrate Inotiv Core Values and adhere to Code of Conduct.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a D365 Functional Analyst.
  • Microsoft D365 certifications are a plus.

  • Domain knowledge

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range for this role is $80,000- $96,000 and can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
