Apply Job ID: 007588 Description: Executive Headquarters (117 West 124th St) 28.00-32.00 / hour Position Summary: The Recruiting Assistant (Temporary) will play a vital role in providing administrative support for the organization's recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position will assist the Talent Acquisition Team by handling various recruitment tasks, including posting job vacancies, with a primary focus on expediting preliminary verifications and background check clearances to ensure a prompt and efficient hiring process. Timely processing is critical to minimizing delays and ensuring that applicantsare cleared to start as soon as possible. The part-time, temporary incumbent is expected to work 20-25 hours per week in person, based on departmental needs. This role is anticipated to last four to six months, with the possibility of extension. This schedule is essential for fostering effective collaboration, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting the smooth operation of departmental processes. The position's requirements will be periodically reviewed and adjusted as needed based on organizational priorities and evolving work dynamics. Essential Duties:
