To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit fairlife.com. job purpose: The Dairy Welfare Lead is responsible for implementing the vision, mission, and strategy of fairlife's animal welfare programs in partnership with dairy farms supplying our southwest regions. We are looking for a candidate who has dairy experience and a understanding of cattle welfare. Animal Science or equivalent preferred with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively translate animal welfare principles into practical, on-farm actions and improvements. In addition, this role would work cross-functionally with our dairy sustainability, milk procurement and communications teams. responsibilities:
