As Service Manager and key member of the South Region management team, you drive success in the service team and create alignment with company goals and customer expectations. This position is based at the South Region headquarters in Houston, TX.

The base salary range for this position is $ 102,800 to $116,500/year. The compensation package includes a bonus. We offer full benefits, a profit sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Anton Paar USA is a for-profit sales and service organization in the Anton Paar Group, privately owned by the charitable Santner Foundation with its headquarters in Graz, Austria.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing the service team, including personnel decisions, performance appraisals, and training requirements
• Monitoring metrics including MTBF, MTTR, revenue/head, profit margins, etc.
• Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO17025 requirements
• Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses

Skills and qualification you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Strong trouble-shooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 3 years of management/leadership experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and passport
