While reporting to the Sr. Quality Manager, you will own the overall framework of the plant quality programs, guiding the plant to a high-level quality culture with employee ownership. You will be responsible for leading, creating, implementing, and maintaining the quality programs to ensure the highest possible degree of accountability and ownership for employees and experiences to our customers throughout the facility. On quality you will have a dotted line to the Senior Leader of Commercialization & Quality working to improve internal and external customer experiences. What You'll Be Doing:

Compensation: The salary range for this role is from $80,320 to $90,360, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of the base salary. This is a progression position and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.
