Billing Operations Administrator

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Billing Operations Administrator who is energetic and detail-oriented to join our accounting and finance team. • Responsible for processing purchase orders for products and services, coordinating the proper workflow of work between multiple departments, and conform to the fast-paced environment of the business
• Coordinate with Sales Team to address and resolve order related issues. Collaborate closely with AR team to minimize billing errors
• Compile Certificate of Origins (COOs) based on invoices provided by the Export Team and obtain stamped COOs
• Compile and review daily credit notes and void & rebill lists for AR team reconciliation before day end
• Responsible for void and rebills, issuing production plans and billing only orders

• High School diploma with 2+ years customer service experience and/or billing or order processing related experience. AA degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Must have strong attention to detail and excellent PC skills
• The ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and work effectively in a team environment
• The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously to effectively meet required deadlines
• Experience with SAP a plus
• This is a temp position for 3 month

Salary Range: $25.00 /hour - $30.00/hour

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
