Lipscomb Academy - Head Track Coach, Lower School

Lipscomb Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lower School Head Track Coach to lead our track and field program for students in grades K-5. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching young athletes, a strong understanding of track and field techniques, and the ability to create a positive and supportive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead daily track and field practices for Lower School students
• Prepare students for internal and external track meets and events
• Communicate regularly with parents, and school staff about upcoming events
• Manage track meet logistics, including entries and schedules
• Model Christ-like behavior creating a team culture that reflects the mission of Lipscomb Academy
