Experienced Financial Services Litigation Associate Come join our growing team! Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., a midsized Chicago law firm with an industry leading corporate practice, seeks an experienced associate with a minimum of five years of experience representing banks in significant commercial foreclosure cases, bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, collections, lender liability and other creditors' rights work. One must also have a working knowledge of creditors' rights laws. This is an amazing opportunity to directly work with and be mentored by experienced partners in this practice area. Our successful candidate must have impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills in order to handle a large case load, simultaneously assist multiple partners and clients and strong information technology skills to facilitate a less paper-intensive practice approach. Our candidate will be perceptive, possess a healthy emotional quotient and use compassion and decisiveness in interpersonal dealings to enable all stakeholders, clients and team colleagues to be kept abreast of progress and developments on a given matter while also contributing to the overall rapport, collaboration and collective success of the parties involved.
