Overview
**Remote opportunity open to candidates geographically located throughout the contiguous United States - MUST BE willing and able travel 25 to 30%** As the Solutions Director for our AI practice, you will be responsible for helping to set the strategy and go-to-market plans for current and emerging AI solutions. Your role will involve building and implementing an AI strategy that will align with our business goals, developing and maintaining our competitive edge, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. You will collaborate with our sales organization and national delivery teams to refine, simplify, and differentiate our advanced solutions, while building go-to-market plans for introduction of new, emerging technology solutions. This position will offer you the opportunity to work with cross-functional supporting groups, and sales regions, to develop packaged solutions that deliver profitability and sustainable growth for these services and technologies. You will also be engaging with ePlus customers, prospects, and partners to evangelize our solutions and offerings. YOUR IMPACT The Solutions Director serves in a global position while working closely with internal support functions, regional sales teams and key OEM and services partners. The Solutions Director must serve as a sales and technical evangelist, thought leader, manager, and enabler for all identified solutions initiatives, both internal and external, and must be able to create value through both direct and indirect team-building initiatives. POSITION SPECIFICS The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $180,000 and $210,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
