Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinate activities of Team Members engaged in Aggregate Plant Maintenance

- Review requests for repair and complaints, prioritize work schedule, recommend solutions and facilitate repairs

- Schedule and assign work, coordinate efforts, provide technical guidance, and review progress of assignments and complete required paperwork when necessary

- Communicate with Shop Manager daily

- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed

-Must always support our safety program.

- Other duties assigned as needed

Monday - Friday Day Shift

Ability to work flexible shifts which includes weekends, overtime and some travel.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $34.70-$46.76/hr.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Previous Plant Maintenance Millwright Experience, prefer 2+ years in a leadership role

- Supervisory skills, need good verbal and written communication skills

- Must be very reliable, have a good safety mindset, able to work well under pressure, can organize and prioritize work

- Need a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others

- Must be a good teacher/mentor

- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen

- Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers
