Summary of Job Description:

The Digital Business Representative (Data Analyst) position supports the Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics as well as the digital business team by working with other business units to develop periodic reporting, metrics, and measurements to determine business success.This position answers key business questions that help shape Panda's digital business and customer strategies. The Digital Business Representative focuses on formulating key business questions and analytical approaches and then identifying, gathering, and analyzing data and making insights accessible to the company through dashboards, reports and analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics as well as the digital business team.
  • Work with other business units to develop periodic reporting, metrics, and measurements to determine business success.
  • Extract, synthesize, and translate data from multiple sources and combine into a single source.
  • Validate accuracy of data and filter data, handling missing values, in preparation for analysis.
  • Explore and analyze data.
  • Identify trends and patterns.
  • Maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting, to be accessed by individuals in all areas of the business.
  • Primary focus of reports to focus on customer loyalty program as well as other areas of the business.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and other performance reports related to customer loyalty program.
  • Visualize data with PowerBI and Amplitude for accessibility across the company.

Qualifications - External

Your background and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500- $101,500 per year

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
