Program Manager

This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel, responsible for quality control and programmatic communication with all stakeholders while taking a leadership role in overseeing various aspects of the contract.

Compensation & Benefits:



  • Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.
  • Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.



Program Manager Responsibilities Include:



  • Facilitate the onboarding process for contractor personnel, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Assure contract work products are acceptable and completed timely, including sampling data to look for anomalies.
  • Provide suggestions to the COR on ways to utilize contractors more efficiently in current processes or suggest changes to the processes to increase overall efficiency (e.g., corporate functions).
  • Allocate contractor resources to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Assist with the check-in and checkout procedures for contractor employees, ensuring compliance with contract and security protocols.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned



Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 10 years of experience in Program Management managing Contractor employees on Government contracts.
  • Prior experience in Contracting Series (1102).
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Project Management
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
