Responsibilities:

• Managing support activities in various Trade booking platforms
• Working hands-on to investigate and resolve issues across systems
• Working with cross functional teams across regions to resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth operation of software and systems through maintenance and integrations
• Communicate closely with internal/ external stakeholders such as Deal Team, Operations desk, etc., during life cycle events
• Develop scripts to automate daily manual activities
• Be part of an enriching team and solve real Production engineering challenges.
• Be a bridge between Business and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2.5+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient to advanced skills with a scripting language (Java, Python)
• Willingness to learn
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
