Responsibilities Oklahoma Heart Hospital is seeking a Systems Administrator with a focus on infrastructure systems in support of endpoint management and end-user solutions to join our IT team. This critical role designs, implements, performs administration, and supports the resources, infrastructure, and systems-both onsite and cloud-based-that enable dynamic and effective endpoint management across our hospital system. The position also serves as Tier 2 support, assisting the field support team in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex end-user issues. Responsibilities: Design and manage endpoint infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability. Develop and maintain standards for patch management, application deployment, and device configurations. Act as Tier 2 support for complex end-user issues, resolving compatibility and hardware problems. Administer Windows Server/Desktop OS and manage updates with SCCM and Intune. Optimize M365 services, ensuring compliance and performance. Create and manage Active Directory Group Policies, conducting regular audits. Install and troubleshoot server-based applications, collaborating with vendors for compatibility. Partner with IT teams to enhance automation, security, and performance. Maintain system documentation and identify improvement opportunities. Working Knowledge: Endpoint management with SCCM and Intune. Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows OS administration. Microsoft M365 user management and application configuration. Basic networking concepts for connectivity and system integration. SQL database familiarity for server-based applications. Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 6-8 years in Windows desktop OS. 4-6 years in Windows server OS. 3-5 years managing SCCM, Intune, and M365 platforms. Experience with Active Directory and server-based applications. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or M365 Administrator. Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Collaborative mindset with proactive system management approaches.
