Field Service Technician (Mobile Tire & Automotive)

Location: Lena, IL
Pay: $25-$27/hour (based on experience)
Department: Tire & Automotive Center

About the Role

Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you'll operate a service truck to deliver tire and automotive service directly to our customers and support our corporate Tire Center when in-house. If you're skilled, dependable, and customer-focused, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do

  • Operate a mobile service truck for on-site tire repairs and installations.
  • Perform tire and automotive service at our Tire Center when not on calls.
  • Support customers by quoting jobs, preparing work orders, and making repair recommendations.
  • Maintain service records, complete purchase orders, and document unit numbers.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
  • Keep a clean, safe work environment and represent our brand with a professional appearance.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-year degree in Auto Mechanics or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of tires and general mechanical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and climb ladders or steps as needed.
  • CDL Class C or ability to obtain one.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and attention to detail.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and great customer service skills.
