About the role:

As a GTM Business Applications Leader, you will own and optimize the systems and processes that drive our quote-to-order GTM motion. Managing a team of System administrators & process experts, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our sales, operations, and customer experience teams have the tools and insights they need to succeed. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong bias for action and a knack for building scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Location: USA (Remote)

• Own and manage the administration and configuration of Salesforce and integrated tools, including CPQ, and other GTM applications (Forecasting, Partner Systems, Comp, Proposals, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, designing solutions to improve efficiency, automation and performance.
• Develop and maintain robust processes and workflows to ensure the seamless flow of data across the quote-to-order lifecycle.
• Manage and lead a team of three resources, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all GTM systems through proactive governance and audits.
• Implement and optimize automation for key business processes to reduce manual effort and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Provide strategic insights through detailed reports, dashboards and KPIs to drive decision-making across the GTM organization.
• Stay ahead of system updates, new releases, and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing enhancements where applicable.

• +8 years of relevant experience, specifically in Process & Systems.
• Strong experience in Salesforce administration or GTM systems management. (Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred).
• Proven experience managing quote-to-order processes, including familiarity with CPQ and CLM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across sales, operations and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Proficiency in leveraging integrated tools such as Clari, Tableau, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator (or similar).
• Bias for action and self-starter mentality. An ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
