Director, Workforce Management - Williams-Sonoma, Inc We are seeking an entrepreneurial, collaborative leader with expertise in Workforce Management. This position will be responsible for developing and managing a Workforce Management process across all stores, collaborating closely with the Retail team to ensure our stores have the resources needed to achieve their goals. They will provide workforce management vision, best practices, and process improvement, with the overarching goal of improving store-level performance and profitability. The expected starting pay range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities. |
