*Description*
Our client is looking for someone to join their Executive Desktop support team that is responsible for providing support to executive stakeholders. They will providing both hands on support as well as remote to those employees that do not sit at their Baltimore Location. Being in a customer support role, you will have the opportunity to learn existing business processes and provide technology feedback and suggestions to the team. There will be opportunities to be proactive in support resolution by finding ways to enhance efficiency and quality of service to employees. This person will be responsible for common network connectivity (LAN, DNS, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) and remote access/Citrix issues, repair printing issues on clients and servers, and resolve common issues with mobile devices. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. This person will also be responsible for frequent monthly travel and on-call work based on the executive's needs and schedules. *Skills* windows 10, desktop, support, active directory, executive support, white glove support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile OS (iOS/Android). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Possess experience with Salesforce. Understanding of enterprise security remediation and patch management. Familiarity with AV systems and remote conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx). Familiarity with the ITIL framework and ITIL methodologies. Ability to act as a resource or a lead on technology projects. Ability to serve as a point of contact for third party vendors and technicians. Occasional travel, including international trips Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Preferred Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to resolve highly complex technical incidents and improve existing processes. Ability to implement changes through informal influence and technical leadership.
