Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all operations, processes, and projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, client specifications, and company policies. This individual will oversee compliance audits, develop training programs, and maintain strong communication across departments to promote a culture of compliance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction regulations and client-specific compliance expectations, proactively working to mitigate risks and ensure client satisfaction.
