What You'll Need To Be Successful... Success in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through selling the loan package to an investor. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with knowledge of Conventional, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines along with organization skills, and positive attitude. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Teamwork and customer service is a must Self-motivated and energetic Strong computer and technology related skills Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing work load and handle multiple tasks Experience: Mortgage Processing TRID Guidelines Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA & VA Underwriting Guidelines Must be able to independently calculate all types of self-employment income Proficiency with AUS systems Manage active pipeline of 25+ fundings each month Call To Action...
