As part of Equipment Specialist team, owns the Novozymes biofuel equipment program. Strong influence with internal stakeholders and customers on the design and build as well as the installation, use and maintenance of the equipment at customer sites. This currently includes yeast dosing skids & coolers, enzyme dosing pumps and skids, instruments that enable Novozymes Digital Services, and in the future new equipment projects for biofuel. Responsible for the equipment inventory management, start-up kits, operation & maintenance, quality assurance program, revision control process, spare parts and owning customer complaint process/resolution on equipment. This includes but is not limited to developing vendor relationships, building customer trust and establishing new processes within existing Novozymes systems (examples: customer ordering process, SAP for BOMs and inventory tracking). Participates in equipment design processes under the leadership of the Senior Biofuels Equipment Specialist. Exceeds expectations in customers' experience in using the equipment. Builds and leverages extensive professional network with high level of internal stakeholder recognition and a strong sense of "belonging" to NZ/customers' technical team. Able to successfully challenge conventional processes and notions both internally and externally that results in a LEAN approach. Displays exceptional judgement in determining root cause and solving issues. Coordinates technical meetings and sessions internally and externally, as needed. Travel to customers, conferences and training up to 50% required.
To succeed you must hold: Required Academic Level & Experience
AAS/BS plus 12+/6+ years of directly related experience In Lieu of Degree, High School / GED AND 15 years minimum related experience
