We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site.

As the primary administrative support professional for SPIROL's Sales & Marketing team, you will:



  • Provide general support for the day-to-day activities for the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the departments. Activities will include:

    • Generation of monthly reports (pipeline, quotation, new business)
    • Management of meeting calendars for sales and marketing
    • Coordination of customer visits and trade shows.


  • Ensure follow-ups and/or project due dates are met, monitoring progress and providing updates.
  • Assist with sales and marketing meeting preparation, supporting the travel and logistics needs for the SPIROL global organization.


This is a highly dynamic role that is critical to the sales and marketing team's success. Your high attention to detail, commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, as well as your natural curiosity will make you very successful in this position.
