This position can be hybrid in our American Fork, UT office or remote within the United States. Job Summary You will partner with the GM of the Patient Experience & Analytics Business Unit to drive operational and financial outcomes, execute strategic initiatives, and improve processes across the BU. Our ideal candidate is a versatile professional with a bias toward action, an operational mindset, and the ability to turn strategy into execution. The posted range for this position is$89,000 - $134,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
