PRIMARY PURPOSE CNA is hiring for a Research Applications Programmer V. CNA is a not-for-profit research and analysis corporation running two major business units, CNA, the Department of the Navy's Federally Funded R&D Center (FFRDC), and the Institute for Public Research, which provides analytic support to non-DOD government sponsors. Resources and Force Readiness (RFR) Division is a division within the FFRDC. The Marine Corps and Defense Workforce research program in RFR is looking for a research support team member who can provide technical expertise in defining and solving research questions, applications and database programming, providing technical guidance on databases, and helping to determine research requirements. This team member will work with and advise research staff to design analytic datasets, conduct analysis as directed, coordinate data acquisition from data providers, and ensure that those accessing data have required approvals.
