Job Description:

We seek a dedicated, detail-oriented welder with experience in welding sheet metal production, including stainless steel and aluminum, to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient flow of supporting manufacturing lines and facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to layout, assemble and build products
  • Knowledge of filler metal applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic metals
  • Weld process including GTAW, GMAW & SMAW
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings, including weld symbols
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally;
  • Ability to weld in all positions and all types of metals;
  • Able to work well with others and take direction and feedback;
  • Willing to cross-train as needed
  • Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Operate consistently, following all safety rules and requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Welding Certification and/or 3 years of welding experience
  • The work shift starts at 5:00 am. OT possibly required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
