Summary of Job Duties:The Strategic Project Director for Marketing and Communications is an experienced, strategic, and forward-thinking role that coordinates and implements the communications and marketing strategy for the Division of Student Affairs. In collaboration with the Sr. Director, this position is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with the Division's mission and strategic priorities. This position will lead a team of strategists that work directly with units to create communication and marketing plans and brainstorm creative needs. The Manager oversees the intake process, helps assign and prioritize work, communicates needs to the Creative Team Manager, and ensures plans are executed. This position works in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Creative Team Director, and unit leaders to develop KPIs to measure success. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Communications & Marketing for the division.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
