Foreclosure Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Foreclosure Technicians and In-house Chief Legal Counsel as it relates to default loan legal services to include uncontested and contested foreclosure services, borrower 7 & 13 bankruptcies, eviction process, and mediation of single-family homes (1-4 units). Foreclosure Supervisor must work well with law firm personnel and appraisal and title companies to ensure properties are moving through the foreclosure process as smoothly as possible at all times, meeting all timelines. The Foreclosure Supervisor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Oversight of law firm personnel to include training, our ability to update system of record with daily information obtained and issuing work orders for services. * Ensure high quality vendors are selected for work assignments, based on previous work quality and vendor scorecards.

* Work closely with Foreclosure Supervisor to resolve escalated issues or concerns * Assist Foreclosure Supervisor with compiling client and management required reporting.

* Experience interacting with law firms, appraisal, and title companies for defaulted loans.

* Coordinate on behalf of the vendor with our accounting department to ensure vendor invoicing is processed in a timely manner

* Familiar with the tenant/owner eviction practices and work with law firms to facilitate.

Experience:

* Excellent communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written forms and instant messaging environment with teammates.

* Above average computer skills working in proprietary software environment * Ability to meet hard deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
