What You Can Expect As the Process Improvement Senior Analyst for Business Operations, you will manage the ENGIE Renewables Operational Excellence program, focusing on establishing standard processes, quality standards, and enhancing overall performance. You will serve as a facilitator, change agent, and accountability partner, collaborating across multiple departments within the Renewables Business Unit and Hub. In this role, you will coach all levels of the organization on how to implement lean manufacturing practices and serve as the Lean subject matter expert. Working collaboratively with various geographically dispersed stakeholders and departments (e.g., Power Market, Business Development, Construction and Delivery, Finance, Asset Management, Operations, and Communications), you will support driving synergies across the enterprise platform to achieve business objectives, implement business operation processes, build standards, resolve issues, and support the Business Operations Excellence program. Compensation Salary Range: $86,100 - $132,020 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
