How You'll Make an Impact As a Scientist, you will be instrumental in applying research methodology to practical applications within an agile experimentation lab, regularly engaging in training and test and evaluation exercises primarily in the Las Vegas area, your expertise in areas such as experimental design, test plan development, analysis, and reporting will be pivotal in advancing the future of command and control for the Air Force. Whether engaging with subject matter experts or operators, analyzing real-time data, or briefing air force stakeholders in mission-critical environments, your contributions will drive meaningful results and creating effective partnerships between humans and technology systems. Your role will involve scientific rigor and practical application, focusing on the testing and evaluation of tools and workflows for battle management and other complex systems. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring that these systems are user-friendly, effective, and optimized to help inform the Air Force on operator roles and system design. You can expect to:
