JOB ANNOUNCEMENT DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION II (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT) Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) Number of Positions: 1 (additional vacancies possible pending budget approval) Starting Salary: $80,628.00/Year Applications for this position will be accepted until 11:59pm CDT on 02/25/2025 Essential Duties:
Performs other duties as required Location: Department of Family and Support Services Central Office Address: 1615 West Chicago Avenue Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm (May be required to work evenings/weekends based on operational needs) THIS POSITION IS IN THE CAREER SERVICE Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration or directly related field, plus four years of budgetary, human resource or office administration experience of which two years are in a supervisory role related to the responsibilities of the position, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Selection Criteria This position requires applicants to complete an interview. The interviewed candidate(s) possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, based on the oral interview will be selected.
