Senior Operator

Overview

SCCI is seeking a skilled Senior Operator to join our team! In this position, you will provide equipment operation support for a shore-based training system for a Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Combat Systems contract. This position is in support of future work expected in 2026. This position is located inNorfolk, VA, MIDLANT, Southwest, and Mayport, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the system scenario program
• Provide simulator system operator support to control the simulations during training and readiness events
• Support loading, Verification & Validation (V&V), and operating scenarios
• Deliver post-event reports after the completion of lab events
• Develop or modify existing documentation for scenario development, including Simulator Operators Handbook/SOP

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
• High School diploma
• Eight (8) years of Combat Information Center Watch-station experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of BMD experience is required
