The Job Responsibilities

The Service Business Specialist is responsible for sustaining and growing Service's national contract business via direct customer engagement. Principle duties inclue addressing contracts at risk, growing assigned new or niche contracts types and establishing programs and processes for winning back customers temporarily off contract. At-Risk Contract Renewals: In conjunction with Regional Service Managers, manage and negotiate complex contract renewals with existing customers, aligning our solutions to the Customer objectives while maintaining company policies and business goals. Clearly articulate the value proposition to customers and carefully respond to their objections so retention occurs. Proactive Customer Engagement regarding New or Niche Product Lines: Develop approach and actively engage new customers for assigned product lines. Product lines may be new or novel, thus market awareness needs expanded, customer engagement achieved, and contracts landed. Restoration of Temporarily Interrupted Contract Coverage: Develop and execute ongoing customer engagement actions so that any temporary contract interruptions, such as new equipment warranty events, are monitored and customers receive timely contact so that contract coverage is restored without coverage lapse. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improving retention rates. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and Service Management to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize the retention rate and Draeger presence within each customer interaction. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on retention activities, outcomes, and customer feedback for senior management. Research: Investigate and proper customer contacts to insure highest levels of Contract retention. Performs other duties as needed and assigned. Your Qualifications
