Cycle Count Administrator

As a Cycle Count Administrator, you will administer the program to help maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize variances. You will report to the receiving supervisor.

• Implement a procedural cycle count program for raw materials, packaging and rework.

• Perform regular cycle counts at 3rd party warehouse, documenting requirements for inventory adjustments.

• Implement system to consume miscellaneous usage of materials.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and develop corrective actions.

• Input transfers to Distribution Network of material to be returned to the plant for processing as rework.

• Maintain onsite inventory of rework material.

• Develop schedule for rework team to meet targets and the production schedule.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).

• Prior experience in SAP.

• Forklift certification (standup/sit-down).

• Ability to work 10am-7pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime(based on company need). Training will be 7am-4pm.
