Overview of the Position:

A key component of this position is to improve workflow, implementing standard work and instill continuous improvement through problem solving methodology. Participation and cooperation with and in corporate strategic programs and other Wencor businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Repair and/or assembles small aircraft components that require precise placement.
  • Assist Assembly Supervisor as required
  • Order parts for repairs and assemblies.
  • Use hand tools and shop power tools.
  • Read blueprints and manuals.
  • Perform testing and interprets results.
  • Assemble complex components that require precise placement.
  • Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.

Education / Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and Post High School Education. Plus, 3-5 years of relevant experience in MRO.
