Digital Technology Strategy Advisor

Starting Salary Range: $117,500-$127,500 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus, if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop, refine, and implement long-term business strategies.
• Analyze internal and external environments to identify risks, drivers, and opportunities for growth.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions to align organizational objectives.
• Conduct in-depth performance and market analyses to drive optimization.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices to keep MISO ahead of the curve.
• Engage with key stakeholders, providing strategic counsel to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Drive process improvement, technology adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Assess constraint risks and develop scenario planning strategies.
• Act as a bridge between strategic execution and operational leadership.
