Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week

This position involves ahybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesdayand Thursday.

Our diverse suite of annuity products, ranging from capital market offerings to pension risk transfer solutions, empowers organizations of all sizes to navigate risk and secure their future financial obligations.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our PRT Installation Team! In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new Pension Risk Transfer business. Your main tasks will involve setting up annuitant payments, tracking data, producing certificates, and providing general support to our Service team. Strong Excel and analytical skills as well as good communication are key to your success in this role. If you're familiar with Pension Plans, that's a plus!

What You'll Do:

  • Help onboard and maintain databases for PRT annuitants on new sales.
  • Perform lump sum illustrations, benefit split calculations for QDROs, and premium changes due to annuitant census updates.
  • Convert annuitant data into a consistent format for use in pricing models.
  • Be the go-to resource for interpreting group annuity contract provisions and related benefit quotations.
  • Provide technical, analytical, and testing support for projects aimed at improving processing efficiency.
  • Assist with inquiries from annuitants, financial institutions, and clients to maintain excellent service.
  • Answer technical questions related to claims, death processing, and other PRT block operations.
  • Stay up to date with operational procedures.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and strong math aptitude.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be working with teams at all levels.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
  • An interest in learning the ins and outs of PRT contracts and performing related calculations.
  • Accountability, good decision-making, and ethical behavior.

Bonus Points for:

  • Knowledge of defined benefit pension plans is a big plus!
  • Taking the lead on projects when needed.
  • Being able to work independently while staying flexible to meet team goals.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$62,400-$80,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
