You Are:
As the Business Analyst/Project Manager you will leverage existing processes and provide leadership and support for client projects impacting Digital Servicing Communications including email, SMS texts and push notifications. The Business Analyst will ensure adherence to project milestones, business deliverables and governance requirements, with a focus on controls, along with strict adherence to Servicing Communications standards and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with or able to quickly learn Servicing Communications at a detailed level, across LOBs and business units. All analysts in this role are expected to be able to take on any project requested, whether agile or waterfall, large plan of record or relatively small maintenance scale.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Model Forward Compatibility
  • Drive creation and deployment of Communications and customer experiences with agility and quality
  • Engage with cross functional teams
  • Partner with Strategy Communications team to improve servicing communications which drive customer engagement
  • Influence and apply Digital First strategy
  • Secure approvals from Legal and Compliance stakeholders and document accordingly
  • Secure Spanish translation where needed and document accordingly
  • Influence adherence to project calendar and critical toll gates to ensure timely delivery with quality and control
  • Manage change and ensure control policies are followed and documentary evidence is retained per policy

Here's what you need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience eliciting and gathering requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in Agile project delivery

Bonus points, if:

  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing;
  • Not only adapt to change but expect and react positively when it comes; and,
  • Be able to engage in operating models that are not yet fully agile but accommodate varieties of hybrid agile.

Travel:

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
