WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

The Director, SMB Campaign Marketing is responsible for architecting integrated campaigns thatcan scale and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has proven experience of leadingcampaigns and optimizing ROI across a broad range of digital and offline marketing channels -including paid media, email, in-app, and third-party associations. This brand-new role at Box willbe responsible for executing campaigns that drive our engagement with customers across targetlines of business and industries and will collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customersuccess and marketing) to define campaign requirements based on customer needs. Being a self-starter, you will drive execution, test, and finally optimize based on tracked results.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Skilled in suing automation tools to boost campaign performance and refine audience targeting, with a strong desire to learn about new technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial / SMB marketing experience.
• Enterprise software and/or SaaS experience.
• Deep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimized execution of campaigns/programs.
• 8+ years of high-tech B2B marketing experience, cloud marketing a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau a plus.
