We're seeking a proactive, energetic, and consultative Senior HR Generalist to partner with management in implementing HR solutions throughout the employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition to offboarding. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Human Resources, this position plays a key role in shaping our workplace culture, driving employee satisfaction, and supporting organizational success. Based in our Anaheim headquarters, this high-impact role is essential to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while promoting a collaborative, positive, and productive work environment.

DUTIES

  • Collaborate with management and VP, HR to develop HR strategies that support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance on policies and procedures to create a positive, results-oriented culture.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in the development of new policies and initiatives to foster growth and improvement across the company.
  • Design, update, and conduct training on company policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Participates in onboarding, orientations, exit interviews, safety, worker's compensation, and terminations.
  • Lead, develop, refine and implement, programs such as: internship & mentor programs
  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as needed to meet business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, including expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and policy development. International business experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and California state laws & leave laws (e.g., FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, ADA) and worker's compensation regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite & ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence, flexibility, and a strong sense of urgency are key to success in this role.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent consultative skills and the ability to think outside the box in a fast-paced environment.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT

All candidates who accept employment will be subject to a background investigation and drug screening. For applicable roles, candidates who accept employment will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle/Driving Record screening.

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

BUSINESS TRAVEL (If Applicable):

Ability to travel to remote offices as needed, such as Colorado Springs, Tecate, Baja California and Ontario, Canada.
