Overview of the Position: The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of various BI reports, presentations, data models and analytical tools to provide analytical data and reporting to support various functional areas within Wencor's business. The primary focus is to interpret and analyze data that the business generates and provide insights and reporting to support informed decisions. This position requires partnering with people across the company to support the continued growth and success of the enterprise working within a robust and cohesive team. This person has a passion for data visualization and has already acquired a high level of technical expertise. To be successful, the Business Intelligence Analyst will need to demonstrate both business acumen and technological insight to execute our global data strategy. The position works closely with business users to design, develop, test, and implement visualizations (reports, dashboards, interactive analytics) that go beyond requirements and deliver real business value. In addition to project work, this position will also provide support for the existing environment. Key Aspects of the Role Data Analysis: Performing in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights, including identifying trends, correlations, and anomalies. Requirements gathering: Understanding business needs and documenting specific requirements for projects or system improvements. Reporting and visualization: Creating clear and concise reports with data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Stakeholder management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, align reporting needs, and ensure successful delivery of data visualization. Predictive modeling: Utilizing statistical techniques to forecast future trends and potential outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field. MBA or master's degree in technology related field preferred. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
