Digital Solution Business Analyst

Macquarie Asset Management's Digital team within Fund Management plays a leading role in Macquarie Assets Management's digitalization strategy to increase future scalability, unlock operating efficiencies, uphold our risk standards and improve staff and client experiences. Our teams help to unlock these strategic benefits by defining, delivering and embedding digital solutions across our value chain, in partnership with key business stakeholders.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities and risks, and collaborating on solutions that can drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. You will work closely with the regional Fund Management Digital Solution team to identify and prioritize digital solutions and support the team through to implementation. Your role will involve documenting solutions with a focus on market trends, growth products, and client and employee experiences. You will be a beacon for change management through defining and overseeing project structure, ensuring strong governance is maintained.

Salary range for this position: $90,000 - $110,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
