Senior ACIO Support (Lead) Position

Provide NMCI Senior Helpdesk/Systems Administrator support to PEO CVN. In this role, the candidate will assist the PEO CVN ACIO and serve as the liaison between NMCI and the end users (MIL/CIV/CTR) throughout PEO CVN. Candidate will work through NMCI issues for users and be the "go-to" person for new technology implementation. As the lead, the candidate will work with the ACIO to ensure proper management of tasking and priorities.

Role:

  • IT Support (computers, phones, printers, VTC, wireless devices, etc)
  • Create accounts to create, delete, or move employees
  • Issue iPhones, iPads, Cell phones, hot spots
  • Asset management - manage who has what
  • Be an Active Directory guru
  • Order IT Equipment
  • DRMO - dispose of old equipment
  • Submit account requests via SAAR, NNPI User Agreement, Cyber Awareness Challenge Certification, SIPR accounts, etc.
  • Report on missing or stolen equipment
  • Share Drive management
  • Recognized subject matter expert
  • Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to MID/JR technical team members



Qualifications:

  • Required

    • Active Secret Security Clearance
    • Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent professional experience
    • 8+ years of relevant experience
    • Must have MS network knowledge
    • Customer service experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

    • NMCI helpdesk experience
    • SIPR Local Registration Agent
    • Purebred Agent
    • ACTR (account mgmt)
    • Azure or Sharepoint certification
    • CompTIA Security+
    • CompTIA A+
    • Prior NAVSEA experience
